Check In

When checking in we require every guest have available for view a valid picture government ID (driver’s License or Passport showing date of birth.
You must be 21 years of age or older to enjoy D-Ranch Retreat.
A photocopy of ID will not be accepted.
There is a privet residence on the property. Please respect there, privacy.
Please respect others space and privacy.
No firearms, weapons, or fireworks on property.
Our staff my ask to take pictures for our web page. We will always inform you first.
Please refrain from taking pictures if other are present, you must have their direct permission.
No drones are allowed on the property.
Vehicles are not allowed past the parking area unless authorized by management.
Trash receptacles are located around the common areas, please use them. Please leave with what you brought.
Please do not litter, we do allow guest to smoke in designated areas, we do ask that all butts are placed in proper locations.
We have Recycle trash cans for aluminum cans only. One in the pool area and one near the dining area.

Pool

We do not have a Lifeguard on duty, therefore swim at your own risk.
Smoking or Vaping is not allowed in the pool area.
The pool and hot tub are for water activities only, any sexual activity in or around the pool or common area the staff will ask you to leave the property immediately.
No Glass around pool

Pets / Pet Fees

This resort does allow pets as there are 3 that live here.
Your pet must stay in your room and not be disruptive.
You must show Vaccinations each time a pet is brought on the property.
You are responsible for picking up after them and keeping them under control at all times.
They should not disrupt other guests
Pets are not allowed in the pool area
Any damage will be the guest's responsibility

Trails

Please enjoy the beautiful property, leave it for others to enjoy.
We ask that you refrain from smoking when on any trails to prevent any fires.
Please wear appropriate footwear for your activities.
You may see a large amount of wildlife as they share the property with us. Please do not feed or leave food out, dispose of it in the proper way.
You may see scorpions and snakes. Please leave them be as they are part of the wildlife. If you see them in the common area, please let the staff address the issue.
Please keep in mind; we have no control of the weather. Personal safety is up to you.
Our location provides the perfect backdrop for those seeking to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature.

Any Patron failing to follow D-Ranch Retreat rules and policies may be removed from the property and be subject to suspension and or revocation of membership without refunds. Management reserves the right to restrict access to the campground and or common area for any member who fails to follow the rules or is a threat or nuisance to other guests.
